FAQ’S

How do I access my membership account online?

Go to My Account and log in using the email address associated with your membership. Once you have logged in, your Dashboard will show your order history, account and membership details.

If this is your first time accessing your account, click the forgot password link and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email to update your password.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to My Account, to view your Dashboard where you may view and update your club membership, address book, payment methods and order history.

How do I make purchases with my preferred savings on wine?

Log in to My Account first, then shop for wines. Your member savings on wine and shipping will be reflected in your shopping cart.

When do I receive my wine club shipments?

Quarterly wine club shipments occur in March, May, September and November. For specific dates and details, view our Club Shipment Release Calendar.

How will I be notified about upcoming club shipments?

You’ll receive an Upcoming Shipment Notification email two weeks before the billing date for each shipment, as well as a reminder email two days prior to billing, so that you may review and update your account or customize your shipment. We recommend adding wineclub@louismartini.com to your list of safe senders to ensure our emails reach your inbox.

How do I customize my upcoming wine club shipments?

Once you receive your Upcoming Shipment Notification email, login to My Account and go to your Dashboard to see your shipment. You may substitute the wines in your shipment, we just ask that the total order price meets the minimum average cost for your club tier. You may also edit the ship date of your shipment or shipping address. Please note that all changes must be made prior to billing to take effect.

How long do I have to pick up my club shipment?

Will call orders are held at the winery for 30 days. After 30 days, we ship the wine to the shipping address on file. If you need longer to retrieve your wine, please reach out to us and we’ll be glad to hold your wine for a week or too longer.

How do I change my club tier?

To update your club tier please call the Consumer Experience Team at 866-549-2582 or email wineclub@louismartini.com.

How am I notified of events at the winery?

Upcoming events can be found on our Events page. If you are subscribed to our emails or texts, you’ll receive information about events and other special offerings for members.

How do I reserve a tasting or event that is included in my benefits?

We use Tock for reservations. When booking an event or experience, log in to Tock using the same email address listed on your membership, then make your reservation to receive your member savings or benefits on tastings and events.
