2018 Cellar No. 254 Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this wine were selected from some of the most premier Napa Valley vineyards, a mix of valley floor, benchland and hillsides. On the nose, dominant aromas of chocolate covered cherry, star anise and fennel are complemented by hints of date and cola with a sweet, toasty lift. The medium bodied palate exposes flavors of ripe red fruit with whispers of vanilla and shaved chocolate that lead to supple, velvety tannins.
