TASTE OF MARTINI

2019 Louis M. Martini Sauvignon Blanc bottle with food.

SAMPLE MENU

2019 Cellar No. 254 Merlot
Our Napa Valley Merlot—a nod to the legendary Louis P. Martini and our small-batch production facility, Cellar 254. Imagine cherry cola, raspberry compote, and a touch of cedar. It’s like a plush velvet hug for your taste buds!

2017 Cellar No. 254 Petite Sirah
The 2017 vintage exhibits dense dark fruit aromas and an inky opacity. On the palate, it conjures up blueberry pie, plum and black currant with faint hints of pepper on the finish.

2020 Monte Rosso Cabernet Franc
Monte Rosso’s Cabernet Franc vines are perched above the mist, absorbing sunlight and cool breezes. Their deep roots extract the essence of terroir, showing a tapestry of flavors. This approachable wine is a versatile food pairing suitable for seasonal menus throughout the year.

2018 Cellar No. 254 Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet grapes handpicked from our premier vineyards, mingled with a touch of Merlot and Petit Verdot. On the nose, chocolate-covered cherries, star anise, and fennel waltzing together. Hints of dates and cola, crowned by a smooth, toasty lift.
